Shenzhen Yunihao Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer specializing in high-quality stainless steel cat litter boxes and smart cat litter box solutions, established in 2020. Our marketing headquarters is located in Shenzhen, China, while our production facility is situated in Zhongshan, China.

Our products are exported globally, with primary markets including Western Europe (63%), North America (23%), and South America (7%). All products are manufactured to meet CE, RoHS, EMC, and LVD certification standards.

Yunihao Technology provides the following services to global B2B partners, brands, distributors, and retailers:

The following intellectual property provisions apply to all interactions with Yunihao Technology:

For ODM projects where Yunihao develops new designs at client request, ownership terms will be explicitly defined in the individual project agreement. Unless otherwise specified, designs developed by Yunihao remain our property, with a license granted to the commissioning client.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content from our website is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Yunihao Technology is committed to delivering products that meet the highest quality and safety standards. All products are manufactured in compliance with applicable international regulations:

While we maintain rigorous quality control processes including pre-production inspections, in-process checks, and final product testing, clients are encouraged to conduct their own inspections. We facilitate third-party factory audits and product inspections upon request.

In the event of quality defects attributable to our manufacturing, we will work with the client to determine appropriate remedies, which may include rework, replacement, or credit, subject to the terms of the individual purchase agreement.

We understand that business relationships involve the exchange of sensitive and proprietary information. Yunihao Technology treats all client information with strict confidentiality:

• Client designs, specifications, and technical drawings will not be shared with third parties without explicit written consent.
• Business terms, pricing, and contractual details are treated as confidential and not disclosed to competitors or unauthorized parties.
• Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are available upon request and we are willing to sign client-provided NDAs for sensitive projects.
• Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any business relationship for a period of three (3) years, unless otherwise agreed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yunihao Technology's liability is subject to the following limitations:

Our total liability for any claim arising from manufacturing services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or force majeure events.
